Rebecca F. Houghton is the SNAAP Project Coordinator, where she applies her experience in communications, project management and research to the arts. She previously worked as an evaluator with the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy at Indiana University where she developed and implemented evaluations for community service organizations and government agencies. Having grown up in a household of professional musicians, Becca developed a love of the arts at an early age, and currently sings jazz and blues in Bloomington. Becca holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University with concentrations in Policy Analysis and Nonprofit Management, and a BA in English from Tufts University.
Becca leads SNAAP’s client services, working with the project’s partners at colleges, universities, and arts high schools. She coordinates SNAAP’s work with the IU Center for Survey Research, manages the Institutional Review Board protocols, and provides many other services for SNAAP.
